The third annual Flyover Fintech conference will be held in Lincoln, Nebraska, on Sept. 23, 2025, featuring speakers from Congress as well as experts in financial technology and financial services.

U.S. Rep. Mike Flood, R-Neb., hosts the conference featuring various panels and speakers addressing the following key topics:

  • The potential benefits and risks associated with artificial intelligence.
  • The growing importance of cybersecurity in a digital landscape.
  • The impact of digital technology on businesses’ and consumers’ daily lives.

The event aims to provide insights into the future of AI and the critical role of cybersecurity in protecting digital assets and personal information.

Cybersecurity was a prominent topic during last year’s conference, ACA International previously reported.

ACA members are encouraged to attend the one-day conference, which, in addition to educational presentations, includes the opportunity to network with members of Congress and public and private sector industry leaders about fintech trends.

Keynote Speaker

The Flyover Fintech keynote speaker will be U.S. Rep. Bryan Steil, R-Wis., who chairs the House Committee on Administration and House Financial Services Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology and Artificial Intelligence.

“At the conference, you can expect that Rep. Steil will share the latest developments on where things stand on the evolving federal regulatory environment and the latest on federal legislative efforts,” Flood said in a news release.

Steil is focused on establishing clear regulations that encourage innovation and development of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency businesses while protecting consumers.

Additional speakers for Flyover Fintech are expected to be announced soon, ranging from members of the House Financial Services Committee to leading voices in the fintech industry.

“Flyover Fintech is a great opportunity to hear from some of the most significant public officials in the world of finance and fintech, and I encourage anyone interested to sign up soon to save your spot,” Flood said.

For members interested in attending, the registration deadline is Sept. 9, 2025.
